Good question. Maybe some of our other readers will have their own response. I personally have always found a family friend at a local shelter, from an ad in the paper – a person had to move away. If a pet store had some animals from the shelter that they were showing for adoption I would definitely consider those pets to become a member of the family. We say hello to the cats when we walk through Petco. They are pets up for adoption.

Hi Steve, Maggie says hi. Glad you found our site. Maggie was taking one of her many trips to Petco the other day and stopped to say hello to the ferrets. She loves to go for walks there, she finds so many interesting smells. We wish you and your family of ferrets the best with your website.
